House resides on a 6,600 sq/ft property in the Hollywood neighborhood of Franklin Village. House is 1,700 sq/ft with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Backyard boasts many unique details which we are constantly improving, as well as being easily accessed via driveway, facilitating large forklifts or trucks. There is ample parking for up to 7 cars on the property or a couple of production trucks. A food truck could also be pulled into the back area for events.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
