READ BEFORE BOOKING PLEASE BEFORE REQUESTING TO BOOK PLEASE NOTE: WE HAVE A FOUR HOUR MINIMUM We are a photography / motion studio, located on the 4th floor of BOK, an old transformed technical high school in the heart of South Philadelphia, with gorgeous views of the Philly skyline and stadiums. Our studio is owned and managed by creatives and working professionals in photo and video production. If you book, it will be assumed you have read the description in full and will abide by and follow all rules. Thank you! YOU MUST BE BROKEN DOWN AND OUT WITHIN YOUR BLOCKED TIME FRAME OR YOU’LL BE CHARGED OVERTIME. IF YOU WANT TO RENT EQUIPMENT YOU ARE EXPECTED TO KNOW HOW TO USE IT. We rent out our space to provide a more affordable option to creatives in a professional, clean working environment. We are not a typical "rental studio", so please keep that in mind when renting our space. We work hard to make this space special and have decided to offer it to renters outside of our studio member options. We have to keep the 4 Hour minimum otherwise we simply can not afford to rent this out to fellow creatives for the price listed. NOTE: Because of too many renters expecting this IF YOU DONT KNOW STUDIO LIGHTING DO NOT ASK ME TO LIGHT YOUR SHOOT FOR YOU OR TEACH YOU LIGHTING. You should be renting the space knowing set etiquette and studio basics. • Our photo studio is about 1200sq with a medium-sized professional 22' wide, 20' deep, 12' high cyc wall. We also have various Savage Seamless paper rolls for purchase/rent, and basic grip. • Up to 3 basic light stands OR C-Stands / C-Stand Completes come with your rental. Any additional stands, grip, or heavier-duty roller stands are an additional charge. (rollers $15 each, and c-stands $9 each after four) (Building sets require a multiple-day rental and time to compensate for any needed repairs. (ie hole filling from screws, brad nails, tacks, etc, spackle/prime, and paint ) • Lighting, modifiers, and seamless paper or canvas backdrops do not come with a rental but are available upon request for an additional cost. If you do end up using any lights, modifiers, etc you will be charged as an added expense after your rental is complete. • Our cyc wall is painted weekly at the minimum. If you need a fresh coat of paint to make it flawless before your rental, you will need to make that request for an additional $45. • We are North West facing with pretty good natural indirect daylight coming through the windows at certain times of the day. (obviously, follow the sun's path to know better) Later in the day you’ll get harder warm natural light beaming in from the west. • NO GLITTER OR CONFETTI! Glitter or confetti is NOT permitted. This is a nightmare to clean up and creates too much of a mess to prep for the next shoot/rental. If you use any of this, or similar, you will be charged an ADDITIONAL cleaning fee of $150 If you are going to have more than 14-16 people please message before making a booking request.
