About the Space
Our space is a luxury 2,600 square foot villa on the beach in Southern California. It has 3 large bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and sleeps 14. It has a front patio overlooking the ocean and private back patio. It has been professionally decorated with modern artwork, high end furnishings, and coast decor. It is spacious, clean and elegant and makes a wonderful background for your work. Please message me for open dates prior to making a booking request as this is often booked for vacation rentals as well. If you have flexibility in your shoot dates or times, please let me know. Winter generally has the most availability.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 90-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
