About the Space
Conveniently located in West Midtown Manhattan our beautiful production space is ideal for Headshots, Fashion Photography Shoots, Portraits, Dance Photos, Product Shoots, Videos, Album & Book Covers. This stunning 900 square foot loft has 12ft ceilings, 5 huge north facing windows, abundant natural light and amazing city views. The building has 2 passenger elevators and a freight elevator (inquire for freight hours). The space has a professional makeup station and vanity mirror, full length mirror, sink and kitchenette work space (no fridge), small fold out table/ 6 folding chairs / stool, small clothing rack, 2 large white mod-style chairs, air conditioning, bathrooms outside the space on same floor, the use of 4 rolling light stands and steamer. We offer 10ft roll down seamless backdrops at $25 per pull. Inquire in advance regarding available background colors. If you need a specific color ordered please give us a few days notice and we can supply at a cost of $80 per roll. Includes the use of 3 rolling light stands, eyelighter reflector and several softboxes. Clothing rack and steamer. Photographer available - Inquire for photographer rates. 24hr elevators. Freight elevator M-F 8-5.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
