About Studio Rental Dallas
One of the premier rental spaces in Dallas, our space is ideal for anything from a small table top shoot to full scale room sets. Conveniently located in the Heart of the Cedars, the space is just minutes from downtown Dallas and is an easy commute from any of the city’s airports. The studio is situated in one of the best, authentic loft conversions in town and is known for its warm, inviting atmosphere featuring beautiful wood floors and exposed brick walls. The Studio has a garage for load in and load out. The private lounge makes it a perfect fit for visiting personalities. In addition, we can supply a full selection of rental gear for stills or live action. Although the space is not sound proofed for audio, it works well for smaller spots with dialogue. The Studio measures 2,151 square feet and the lounge is apx. 1,612 square footage.

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
