This space is a loft-style landscape photography gallery. It features 750 square feet downstairs, and about 200 square feet upstairs in an open loft. The front features 18 feet of window light from floor to ceiling and can be accessed by the standard front door, or the optionally-available roll up window garage-style door. The exterior of the gallery has a wide 6 foot overhang that provides shade and some shelter from light rain for events that span from inside to outside the gallery. Originally designed as a live/work/retail flex space, it features a small complete galley kitchen, single full bathroom and an open plan loft. The downstairs is typically configured with sofa and benches. The gallery has fine art photography hanging on the walls and on movable frames. What we Offer and FAQ We have 4, 6' folding tables, 4, 30" round cocktail tables and 16 folding chairs available for your use. Guests may arrange for delivery of rental chairs and tables beyond what we provide. You may bring in your own cooked food and/or alcohol as well as choose your own caterers. No cooking meals in the space. Warming food is ok. Coffee/Tea Service and table linens are available as add-on features. Please refer to our add-on list for other available features. 3 hour minimums for each booking. Set up and Clean up times must be included in the booking. The Gallery is well prepared for your visit with deep cleaning and sanitizing between guests. We have hand soap and antibacterial spray on hand as well. The garage door opens up to the outside to give plenty of room for your guests to mingle.
