About the Space
Our studio is located in the East Bay Area of San Francisco, Fremont, CA. Near 680 and 880 freeways. 5 min away from shopping centers, restaurants and Warm Springs/South Fremont Bart Station. The space is perfect for video shoots, photo shoots, events, classes, and workshops. We can provide all grip/crew and staff/catering needs upon request. The 4,000 sq. ft warehouse has a 30x32 cyclorama with a lighting grid, 24' green screen with lighting grid, make-up/dressing area and kitchenette. The studio space comes with 100A 3-phase power and 16 30A Edison quad receptacles in the lighting grid. Roll Up Door 12’ x 15’. We also have lounge areas with furniture, a chalkboard, bathrooms with multiple stalls and 4 available themed rooms. Guests can use these for meetings, editing, presentations, co-working space, interviews, or brainstorming sessions. These can be booked through our Off-list rate. Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
