Bright 2600 square foot open floor plan Pilsen photography studio. A clean and creative environment for your next photo shoot, video production, castings, workshops, off site meetings and selective special events. The studio loft features stunning daylight, reinforced stained plywood floors, high ceilings, an open full commercial kitchen with dedicated refrigerator and freezer, ample parking with covered loading dock. Studio comes with WiFi access and music system. Studio is quiet but not soundproof. Catering services and suggestions available through the studio manager, experienced photo assistant and producer available. Photo and grip equipment available for rent. Motion and Stills lighting rental company on premises. Furniture rental company on premises.

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
