1500 Sq. Ft. Loft with open floor plan. Great for photoshoots and smaller video productions. Filming area is about 1400 Sq Ft. All production needs to stay inside unit, no outside generators or cables are allowed. Unit has lots of available power outlets. Bathroom inside unit. I highly encourage clients to come personally scout. Please note that the studio size is in the description, so please do not give me a bad rating because you were unable to understand the space size. Great for small lifestyle, portrait and/or product shoots. You will be able to fit a full 12ft Seamless backdrop and have enough room to roll it out. Also great for shooting student films and documentary interviews. Concrete and white built in walls available. Full blackout curtain, AC/Heater, WIFI. Located in the heart of the Arts District downtown. Walking distance to shopping and restaurants: Urth Cafe, Blue Bottle, Zinc Cafe, Girl & The Goat, Manuela, Everson Royce, Würstkuche, Angel City Brewery, Arts District Brewery, etc. Business rental hours are 7am to 10pm max. Please observe community quiet hours.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
