This is a typical 4 story 1895 brownstone on a historic Harlem block. It has most of its original, yet well kept, features throughout the building. The building has a "faded glory" feel as only an authentic old building can.

All common area halls as well as exterior front and backyard, cellar and roof are available, along with the two top floors and the parlor on the entry floor. The parlor has 12' ceilings, a large fireplace and parquet floors (on request). Hardwood floors throughout. The bedroom in the back of the parlor has original wood panels and a fireplace as well. The living room has two massive bookcases filled neatly with books, as well as vintage built-in shutters that close for light control. There are large blackboard-type metal rectangles on both sides of the fireplace which can hold artwork with magnets, as well as other chalk art. "Old Masters" cloth landscape paintings (always available) create a more subdued setting. The master bathroom is exceptional in its original form, with a pull chain toilet, wood rimmed clawfoot tub, wood paneled and original paneled seating area. The top two floors are connected by an industrial metal spiral stairway. Sliding doors close the dressing area from the bar area next to it.
The upstairs office has a wall with backlit advertising signs. Windows have built-in shutters. An exposed sprinkler system throughout the building is helpful for holding lighting. The kitchen is large and modern and has an outside terrace attached, with flower beds and trees surrounding it.
The space is open and without clutter for easy use while staging a set.
Space is 3,000+ sq. ft.
