About the Space
Newly redesigned studio space perfect for rehearsals, workshops, auditions, classes, meetings, presentations and much more. Our comfortable studio space is approximately 600sq.ft of studio space and additionally a 250sq.ft front waiting area. It is located in the safe and friendly Silverlake neighborhood. The space has a 8ft x 12ft slightly raised stage and tiered seating with chairs for up to 40 people. We want your experience to perfect so please make sure to inform us about any special requests or any questions you might have. Space Specifications: approx. 600sq.ft Studio Space, approx. 250sq.ft Waiting Area, central ac/heating, 2 spacious bathrooms and free wi-fi. This is a brand new, clean and well-maintained facility. There is plentiful free parking in the lot and the studio is conveniently located right above a new Starbucks! We are open for bookings Friday and Saturday evenings, 5pm-12am. Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
