About the Space
Our design showroom/studio is the perfect setting for photo shoots, parties, or creative gatherings. The 800 sq ft gallery-like space is filled with bright natural sunlight, chic and cozy furniture, modern art, an abundance of cacti and plants, and sleek black minimalist light fixtures against crisp white walls. The layout of the space includes different areas of use, such as a living room area, large midcentury teak expandable dining table that seats 6-10+, lounge and bar area. The location is easy to get to, with plenty of parking in the Outer Sunset neighborhood, close to bars and coffee shops, and a short 5 blocks away from the ocean.

We have the entire space professionally cleaned and disinfected between bookings. Bookings are spaced at least 48 hours apart.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
