Tiered Pricing We want to give the opportunity for all groups to use this spectacular home for any creative projects. Your price is based on the total number of people on site. $225/hr for up to 35 people $275/hr for up to 70 people 325/hr for up to 100 people DESCRIPTION Exquisite and luxurious 5 bedroom / 5 bath home in the Burbank. This home has been completely remodeled top-to-bottom and features upscale decor, balconies with spectacular views of the valley and mountains, 20' tall ceilings and big windows, morning sun exposure, designer kitchen, and master bedrooms large enough to fit crew and equipment, pool with Jacuzzi. We want you to have fun so feel free. We will remove our family photos from the walls to make your event. The backyard can be used separately for any event or party. Around 150 people can fit if both the backyard and the house is used. My wife can help with the designing of the event/party, catering and rental of party stuff. Ample parking for cars and loading area for major production trucks. 1/4 mile from free public parking to shuttle big crews up to the property. It is in a prime location close to many movie production companies in Burbank. Child care can be provided. The large family room can be used for child care.

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
