We provide reliable service and quality studio space at a great value, flexible to your needs. We work with clients of all sizes and from all industries. 3000 sq ft studio space with 24ft high ceilings 32ft wide, x 32ft deep coved cyclorama 12ft wide x 15ft tall roll up garage door Full bathroom with a shower Upstairs kitchen and dining area Temperature controlled space Shampoo bowl Hair and makeup chairs and stations. Lounge Wardrobe area *We charge more for after hours pricing due to convenience factors. So 6:00pm-6:00am are after hours and all the hours in between are the normal rate.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
