Great for filming, commercials, event rentals. Front and back entrance from parking garage. Ground level, easy loading. Two Bathrooms, two rooms, hardwood bamboo floors, high ceilings, soundproof rooms. Total capacity: 60 Main studio room: 30 Second studio room: 20 Lobby Colorful murals on one wall in each room. PLEASE NOTE: Not available until 2pm on weekends. Weekday rental hours vary. Some exceptions for filming.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
