About the Space
My property sits on a 14,000 sq ft lot with plenty of trees which once in the property it gives you a feeling of been at an hacienda or vacation resort and lots of space outside, inside, the house consists of 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms but for now we are only making available all the space downstairs, which is living room, dining room, nook area as well as kitchen and one big bedroom downstairs as well as 1 bathroom, upstairs none of the bedrooms or space upstairs is available for now......also we have..a swimming pool with a bbq area good enough for catering and crew eating area .. we are easy to get to .. we are by where the 5 and the 605 meet, 5 minute drive from the citadel shopping center .. 15 minute drive from downtown LA and 15 minute drive from Disneyland..the space is great for filming movies or commercials or interviews

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
