Beautifully constructed townhouse with 2 levels of open space floor plan. Decor is modern, clean and minimalistic, with neutral colors, perfect for branded content, social reels, lifestyle shoots, and food photography. Kitchen features white marble countertops and stainless steel appliances. You'll find 2 charming outdoor spaces on both levels: on top, a flourishing vegetable + herb garden with a grill and small seating area, and on lower level, a patio with lounge furniture. Downstairs living space also features a Peloton bike that is great for filming fitness content. We are on a quiet tree-lined street with brownstones all around, great for filming street scenes. 5th Avenue has a variety of coffeeshops and restaurants, and we are close to a park and playground where the historical Old Stone House sits. 10 min walk from Prospect Park and easy to get to via the R, F, G trains, and a 15 min walk from Barclays. Street parking is usually available right outside or at most 1-2 blocks away. We want everyone to stay safe, so please note that we do require everyone to wear face masks and take all shoes off while in the space (to protect both yourself and others). All high touch surfaces will be disinfected once again before arrival, and we will also be spacing out bookings to allow for proper cleaning afterwards.
Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
