The house is over 5000 square feet with 2400 sqft of usable space. The house consists of a large open plan living area with 12ft ceilings and front balcony. The kitchen area is open plan with a large chef kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with latest handless high end appliances. Through the kitchen there is a balcony leading out to a garage deck. The basement space, has a large bedroom zen themed, with a gym and family room area opening to a tiled courtyard. Master bedroom, children’s bedrooms can be used for commercial/video shoots at discretion of owners when needed. There is also a modern garage deck with a Miami style black and white theme. The house is located within a few blocks of the Damen division blue stop and one block from the restaurant and bars on division street. There is free street parking on the block. There are permits that can be provided by the host for all other blocks. There is a industrial floating stair case in the middle of the room, so children under 3 are not allowed without waiver. Crews of 20 or more are charged a additional fee. If you run over your time, you are charged in half hour increments of the agreed upon rate for overtime • All booking start and end times are inclusive of setup and tear down time, please remove your own trash • There is street parking available on the block the house is on and permits are available for surrounding blocks

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
