I supply extra Tables & Chairs, Storage Space, EXTRA'S you may need that I have in my Closet for No Charge. I am flexible about changing rooms around. There are 2 Patio's in the back area with Gorgeous Tree's. Driveway for parking 4 cars, plus street parking. The Lake Forest House is located between 94 and 294 Highways. Lake Michigan is located 15 minutes away on the East side of Lake Forest. Great Restaurants are close by Too! I Hope You Will Choose The Lake Forest House For Your Next Event.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
