GREAT LOCATION!!! For small events (launch parties, baby showers, birthdays, engagement parties, weddings, anniversaries, corporate events...) This incredible mansion located in a quiet neighborhood is the perfect mix between Old Hollywood and the South of France! Spectacular, elegant and vintage, the mansion has an amazing view, high ceiling, stairways, french furniture and incredible garden. 3050 sqft house. 2200 sqft accessible to guests. Bedrooms and office off limits (not on the pictures) Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. I don't accept any wild parties. Fyi after 8pm, the rate is $50 more per hour. Accessing the space requires going up a flight of stairs. PLEASE NOTE: 20 people max.

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
