About the Space
This 3 bedroom house was built in 1925 and features all original details with an updated kitchen. The front and back yards are large and landscaped. There is also a large garage that can be used to shoot in or to store gear while shooting. We host crews up to 60 people and allow shooting in all rooms. There is ample street parking and our driveway is available for use as well. Air Conditioning and Wifi are also available. Our space is centrally located and easy to get to.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
