Bright modern home with large southern facing windows

Beautiful view of large oak tree from the living room and primary bedroom. The large windows in the living room and master bedroom have south/southwest exposure. There is a white sun shade above the upstairs deck acts as a light diffuser (this is sometimes up in summer, but taken down in spring/fall/winter months to allow for more light). The house is primarily booked for the indoor space. Please note the outdoor areas are not guaranteed to be "photoshoot ready" as there may be leaves on the ground in the fall/winter, foliage/plantings may be dead/leafless in the winter, and patio furniture may be covered or unusable depending on the weather. When you send an inquiry, please let me know how you plan to use the space and the total number of attendees. I'm not judgmental about what you're shooting... just trying to determine how to best prepare the house for you. No animals or children without prior approval. Owner may be on premises during the shoot, but will be out of the way and will respect your privacy. Owner will be present on weekdays (and is vaccinated). The perfect location for lifestyle shoots, magazine shoots, influencer shoots, product shoots and boudoir. CHANGES/IMPROVEMENTS SINCE PHOTOS: Please note my hammock was recently ravaged by squirrels and is no longer there. The upstairs deck boards are now dark grey and match the exterior of the home. There is patio set with white loveseat on the downstairs deck. There is now an elevated area in the backyard with two chairs by the tree, and an elevated planter in near the large living room windows. The living room furniture has been changed to fit the space better, the look however is the same - the sofa is white and the colors are all neutral browns, tans and white.
