Our modern tudor home is perfect for a production or photoshoot. Newly remodeled by designer Ginny MacDonald and featured on MyDomaine and many other design sites. This house caters to a variety of different looks and shoot locations while maintaining stylistic cohesion. Tons of open street parking, accessible side gate for loading in and out of the backyard, and easy going neighbors. We have a large corner lot with amazing natural light from the many windows. Free tech scout included with all bookings. If you need an earlier start time than is listed, please message me directly. My goal is to make your shoot run as smoothly as possible... **Just added** Brand new backyard bonus room with concrete floors and natural light. Perfect for hair/makeup/wardrobe/talent holding or Client video village. We provide wifi access.

We have safely hosted for small productions during COVID. We clean meticulously before and after as well as space out shoots by 48 hours minimum.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
