Located in Manhattan Beach, This modern building and meeting space is perfect for any traveling business person, small meetup group, or special seminar session. Minutes from LAX and even closer to the beach, which is just down the street from the office. On-site there is a FREE parking lot and plenty of free parking on the street. A metro station is nearby and a bus stop is right at the corner. This is a wonderful, open, and sound-treated conference room that seats up to 10 guests and has a small snack area with water. 100mb WiFi is included, a dry erase board in the room w/ markers for you, and all cables and adaptors to project from your laptop to the 70" high def flat screen. If you have any special requests, just let us know ahead of time and we will do our best to accommodate! ***We are open 7 days (subject to availability) from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm, including Holidays. Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
