Unique 2500 sq. ft. corner loft in SOHO. We offer two contrasting spaces: Studio: An empty studio with original distressed peeling paint, tin ceiling, and walls of windows with flooded light from southern and eastern exposures. It's perfect for small sit-down dinner parties, cocktail parties, short-term showroom rental, fashion and celebrity photography, video and film. Living Space: A living area with finely curated Bohemian elegant chic rooms, lots of eastern and western light. Great rooftop views and iconic fire escape. 1879 building with antique elevator and wide stairwells. Fashion and celebrity shoots only. Rates listed are flexible depending on group size and time span. Discounts are available. Please feel free to ask! We always have a site manager on hand to address any questions or help you may need. Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
After every booking, and after thoroughly sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting the studio (by hand, and while following all CDC guidelines), the Jane Ives Studio aerates the space to provide fresh airflow in and out of the studio. While excessive, the same process is done prior to our clients' bookings to guarantee the security of all parties involved. We've always prided ourselves on the comfort we've provided to our guests, and their safety, especially now, is equally important to us.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
