About La Vida Hacienda
This unique barn is perfect for venues of all kinds , weddings , Birthdays , reunions and productions . The barn comes with dining accommodations for 25 people but ( the barn can seat 50 for dining ) There is a lovely large bathroom with natural light , wood burning stove, 2 sunny patios with seating and tables on both patios . There is no kitchen but there is hot running water and a large vintage sink in the main room . there is a BBQ, and outdoor gas fire pit . Next to the barn is a very large fig tree for shade .

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
