Props -rugs, wall decor, lamps, bedspreads, mattresses... include. I have a simple Radio/Cd with speakers There is a Dressing/Makeup room, with 4’x8’ Mirror and a makeup table with mirror and lights. This is a black out studio- no natural light. The rental starts on the agreed upon time - NOT when you show up !! The space is reserved for you. So, it is unavailable for me or anyone else to use. Also, I am at the studio waiting for you. You must change or reschedule more than 24 hours before the booking time.
