We are taking extra sanitary precautions at the loft to ensure you and your guests can relax and enjoy your booking with us. We are not only taking these precautions for our guests, studio neighbors, but also for ourselves. We typically use all-natural cleaning agents before and after every booking, but to ensure that our space is kept safe, we have been using Clorox Cleanup, Alcohol natural mixtures solutions (which is an effective coronavirus killer) spray on all surfaces, handles, doorknobs, etc. before and after each booking. We also provide hand soap for copious hand washing. The Studio occupies 700 sq ft. in an industrial building located in the East Williamsburg area, only a few minutes' walk from the L train. Newly updated, with hand-selected furniture to fit in the space but all are welcome to rearrange for the purposes of your production and arrangement. The studio space features natural light all day thanks to our (Southeast ) two sun-drenched large windows, fantastic space for editorial, advertising, and online business production shoot. We just re-curated our space for the 2021 year by adding a couple of new furniture pieces to add value to your desired choice for production or gathering. And the studio has hardwood floors, 12ft high ceilings, full-service kitchenette, in-house photography/film equipment, lounge area, makeup station & changing area. The studio space is available for Zoom Online production such as Dance, Food, Podcast, and Health Wellness/ Yoga sanctuary for Instructors to teach a class online or practice. All are welcome. Bus B43 Q54 Q59 Studio Pick Ups ( Full Day Rentals): All set, props, and furniture pickups should be arranged at the end of production or by the next day at the convenience of the studio manager. Anything left in storage for more than 1 day is subject to a storage fee. Events: Here at our creative studio, we are open to all kinds of events ( yoga sessions, dance lessons, pop up shops, business meetings, castings, rehearsals, fashion week fittings, etc). Space holds 15 persons in a table setting, and up to 15 persons standing. Tables and chairs are available to rent, we also offer decorative services. Please inquire. PLEASE NOTE: We do Not allow events with DJ/djing, big speakers, or loud music kind of music in the studio/ Studio is used for intimate setting events.
