Our beautifully designed clubhouse lounge is perfect for any social gathering, party, or meeting. Flexible seating allows for casual mingling and dining. The space features: Fireplace 42" HDTV with Direct TV Comfy couch 2 Elegant club chairs Round table with 4 chairs Partial kitchen with sink, microwave, and refrigerator Peninsula counter with 4 bar chairs Casual seating for up to 15 guests Decorative art, fixtures, and lighting Wifi Natural light This space can comfortably hold up to 29 guests for mixer events if not everyone needs to be seated at the same time. We recommend for larger events that you visit the space in advance to ensure it will suit your needs. Parking available, ask us for more details. We do not allow for any marijuana or drug related events. As health and cleanliness are more top-of-mind than ever, our efforts are focused on limiting the number of event rentals during a day to allow for thorough, professional cleaning and refreshing of the space. While all efforts to provide a sanitized area will be made, we cannot be held responsible for the health of those who use the space or potentially become ill thereafter.
