Ideally located where Hollywood meets West Hollywood, just off Sunset Boulevard. Features: - 2,000 square feet of indoor work or entertainment space (lounging / cooking / dining / conference) - Walls of sliding glass doors with access to backyard patio and garden. - Fashionable, art-filled living room with working fireplace and ample seating. - Huge kitchen with Carrera marble countertops, limestone floors, and Viking appliances - Dining/conference room that seats up to 16. - Two restrooms. - Two separate bedrooms available upon request. - Gate and hedge ensure privacy. - Ample free street parking (two hours between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m., unlimited evenings and Sundays). All-day passes can be provided with advance notice. We are located just a few blocks from the shops and restaurants of the Sunset Strip, the hiking trails of Runyon Canyon, and easily accessible by public transportation. We have hosted engagement parties, dinner parties, theater performances, film and photo shoots, and working groups. Outside caterers welcome.

Cancellation Policy
Very Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
