Note: We live in this house full time with our two kiddos and two fur babies. Early mornings and later evenings are tricky for us given this is our home. 4 hour minimum for bookings. To ensure your booking goes well, we require a shot list so we can make those areas especially perfect for you. Please reach out with questions! Our 130-year-old home blends a rich, historic feel with modern elegance. The kitchen and living areas are bright and open and the yard is beautiful. There are multiple outdoor spaces, including a private pool with shaded cabana. Beautiful gardens surrounding the property. Views of downtown from front and back yards, with sweeping views from upstairs bedroom and patio. Working fireplace. Original woodwork throughout. Fantastic natural light in the kitchen. Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
