About the Space
Perfect for small productions, commercials, and lifestyle photo shoots. Our home is light and bright designed to bring light into every room. The blue grey house exterior is gorgeous as a backdrop and has a poured cement look. A huge yard has a fire pit and garden area. The house has tons of raw wood elements and calming colors. Furniture and wall hangings can be moved to create your perfect scene as long as they are put back. Clawfoot tub in master bath can be filled with water for bathtub and water beauty shoots for an additional cleaning fee. Take a look at the gallery at just a few of the shoots done here. We are located just a few min from the beach and next to a nature preserve. Please note that any filming or large shoots over 5 people and two cars will need to get a city permit from Costa Mesa/Orange County. If you plan to shoot in front of the house at all, a permit is necessary from the city and takes 10 business days (over two weeks) Permitting number to call for info (714) 754-5323

We are still offering our space during this time for smaller productions of 15 people or less. We require crew (not talent) to wear masks and clean the space before and after each production.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
