While it is just shy of 1300 Sq ft over 2 levels, it does sit on a 1/4 acre and have a large parking area for 5 vehicles of 3 production trucks (depending on size). Vaulted ceiling on the second level and an abundant of natural sunlight pouring in every window. Decks off to the front and rear for breathtaking mountain crest and tree top views.The rear deck has a brand new jacuzzi for 5. The property was renovated with well appointed modern amenities contrasted with dashes of old-world charm. We are approx 7 minutes from Big Bear Ski resort. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
