About the Space
Large unique gallery, dance and performance space. Current architectural installation consists of a multi-colored plywood floor, 2 overlapping runways and a configuration of common brick. Boasting a raw industrial atmosphere, the space has bow trussed ceilings, exposed brick and concrete walls. Great for photos shoots, independent film shoots, and creative events. The space is triangular and includes a smaller room off the larger space. There is no kitchen, although outside catering is permitted. There is ample street parking and the space is easily accessible by public transportation.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
