Outdoors: The Texas Hill Country landscape is our backdrop. A great variety of outdoor activities work well here. The possibilities are endless for creating artistic set designs using our numerous indoor and outdoor amenities. The property is a cozy colorful country home with farm-funky decor situated in a wide open space with lots of land and sky. Fields of seasonal wildflowers cover the landscape. Our close proximity to the Highland Lakes offers extensive views of lakeside life and beauty. Indoors: We can provide a variety of rooms with plenty of group seating, great natural light, unusual farmhouse furnishings, and bedrooms with elegant linens (upon request, extra fees for cleaning ). From chandeliers in exposed beam ceilings, to neutral backgrounds, to primitive barnwood pieces, inspiration for creativity is everywhere. On site, we can accommodate approximately 15-25 people, possibly more, depending on the circumstances. We are flexible. Available props and add-ons are too numerous to list. An Airstream RV, yard art, wardrobe items, ranch relics, home furnishing extras, linens, toys, primitive porch decor, live animals, extra parking, fire pit, farm equipment, and so much more, plus basics like food and drinks, all are some of the add-ons that can be negotiated at the time of booking. Marble Falls also has a variety of local business resources which can be accessed directly, or through concierge services. . We are located just outside of Marble Falls, Tx 78654, an easy and scenic drive out Highway 71 just one hour from downtown Austin. The lakeside town of Marble Falls is a destination Hill Country Town for vacationers and winter Texans seeking fun, relaxation, great food and a friendly home town atmosphere.
