About Splash Coworking

Close to the square in downtown San Marcos, this flexible 800 sq ft space can fit up to 50 people for any kind of event. Used as a group coworking space during business hours, this space is available for evening and weekend events. This space is perfect for company meetings, educational conferences, workshops, and private events. Some examples of previous events include: photo/video shoots, live music concerts, local art shows, weekend educational retreats, and company holiday parties. The indoor space has a wall of windows facing the street to provide ample natural light, while the vinyl wood flooring creates a warm, comfortable atmosphere. The space provides tables, chairs, a large screen that can be used with a projector (projector not included), flat-screen TV, and two small sitting areas with rugs and couches for downtime during the event. We also include access to our two bathrooms, high speed internet, and our functional kitchen with a full-size refrigerator, sink and microwave. Assistance with event set up and tear down can be provided, if needed. Our small private parking lot can be rented for an additional hourly fee. If renting the space for 5 hours or more, the fee becomes a flat rate of $350.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
