About the Space
This Rustic Estate in the East Bay Hills is in a very secluded area. Large homes and lots of space to create your perfect event! We have hosted weddings, birthdays, photoshoots, memorials and parties here at the property and can comfortably host events with 20 to 60 guests at this time. We can accommodate more, but prefer the intimacy with a 60 guest event
Food service to be arranged through our Private Event Chef

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
