Scrappy Studios is a 2,500 sq. ft. vintage industrial studio designed for photography, fashion, editorial, music videos, branded content, and creative productions. Unlike a traditional blank studio, the space is filled with authentic character—dramatic natural light, weathered textures, vintage neon, motorcycles, industrial architecture, and a constantly evolving collection of one-of-a-kind props. With multiple camera-ready environments throughout the warehouse, you can create completely different looks without changing locations or building elaborate sets. In the afternoon, sunlight passes through the weathered glass and creates beautiful streaks of light, shadow, and texture throughout the warehouse—giving photographers and filmmakers a naturally cinematic environment that changes as the day progresses. EASY ACCESS A double-wide roll-up garage door allows easy load-in and load-out of cameras, lighting, wardrobe, props, and equipment. Vehicles can also be brought directly into the studio for automotive, motorcycle, fashion, and lifestyle shoots. A large fenced lots adjacent to the warehouse provide convenient on-site parking, with additional street parking, or lot, available nearby.
