Book it for your next company event, workshop, pop up shop, small fairs, product showcases, Etsy seller events, book club, seminars, small conferences, company event, business meetings, retreats and private events up to 40 people. • Seating for 20 | Standing 40 • WIFI • Outside food & beverage allowed • Projector + Screen • Restrooms • Kitchenette Rate: $95/hr Available: 6pm to 12am | Monday - Friday 9am to 12am | Saturday - Sunday The space is about 1600 sqf and there are about 20 desks that can be moved around or out of the way. We have a projector and screen, fast internet, bathrooms, and a kitchenette.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
