We use multiple sites and have a limited amount of bookings each week, which means the calendar is not synched. Please message to check dates / availability. (weekEND pricing is higher than weekday pricing) plus peerspace charges a 20% fee on top of everything. Rate for overstaying allotted time is 1.5x hourly booking rate, billed in 30 min increments. (EX: If you over stay by 7 mins, you will be billed for half hour.)(if you overstay by 33 mins, you will be billed for ONE HOUR of overtime, at the 1.5 hourly rate.) There's additional fees for leaving the studio a mess, dirty, or disorderly. Fees occur for any broken or damaged props, furniture, floor, walls, fixtures, equipment - ANY studio damage. PUT ALL PROPS BACK EXACTLY where you got them from to avoid a studio reset fee of $50.
