Our space is a creative space for creative minds. We are design professionals and we built our studio from the ground up to our own exact specifications. With an 18-foot cyclorama, abundant daylight, and soaring 24-foot ceilings, we offer the best rental space in Washington, DC, Maryland, and Virginia. The three open studio spaces, drive-in workshop, two kitchens, and interior balcony lounge are infinitely configurable to accommodate any project. The only limit to what you can create here is your imagination. FULL BUYOUT gives you access to all studios: Huge Daylight Studio w/ Show Kitchen, 25x32 Cyc Wall, VIP Area w/ Private Bathroom/Shower and 2-bay Staging Area! STUDIO A Approx. 1,200 square foot daylight photo and video studio with full eastern and southern exposures, polished concrete floors, and full kitchen. Studio A can be combined with Studio B and/or Studio C. Dimensions: 30W x 38L x 14H STUDIO B Approx. 1,450 square foot daylight photo and video studio with southern exposure and polished concrete floors. Studio B can be combined with Studio A and/or Studio C. Dimensions: 44W x 32L x 24 H STUDIO C (NOT AVAIL FOR EVENT USES) Approx. 2,700 square foot daylight photo and video studio with oversized cyclorama wall, 3 phase 200A Camlock power, 19-foot 4000lb lighting grid, concrete floors, optional drive-in and workshop access, and kitchenette. Studio C can be combined with Studio A and/or Studio B. Dimensions: 60W x 45L x 24H - 25W x 32L x 19H Cyclorama - 19-foot grid (Not pre-lit) - Drive-in access with 11-foot clearance Our space is a blank canvas. What you create here is up to you. REQUIRED FEES • Staff/Studio Manager: For shoots with over 25 people one site manager is required for the duration of shoot. Site manager is billed at $30.00 p/hr from load in to load out (w/ 8hr minimum) • Sanitize/Enviro Fee of $250 to $750 (based on use) • Cyc wall repaint (white) - $250 ADDITIONAL ADD ON-FEES: • Live cooking/use of ovens and/or stove in main kitchen – $350 • HMU Station/Chair – $50/per • Wardrobe Racks/Steamer kit – $50 • Couch/Lounge Seating - $15ea • Backdrop Stands, C-Stands, Apple Boxes, Sand bags, Cords, V-Flats – $50 • Folding tables/chairs pkg – $25 • Daylight Silk Drapes or Black-out Drapes - no charge (specify choice at booking) • Free parking for 11 cars or street parking (daytime only) • Over 50 people - additional rates tbd/negotiated ADDITIONAL TIME: • Grip/Rental/Equipment drop offs prior to shoot date available for full day rentals only • Pre-light rates are 75% cost of our day rates. Available for full multi-day rentals only OTHER IMPORTANT INFO: • Liability insurance required – $1 million minimum and/or signed waivers and guarantees required. • All spaces should be broom swept before vacating, and all bulk/trash needs to be taken with - no dumpster available!! • All outlets rated at 20a on independent breakers. 200a 3-phase camlock available. Grid is at 19ft above cyc wall and rated at 4000lbs.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

All spaces are sanitized/cleaned between bookings and all bookings are spaced 24hrs apart. We follow and adhere to all covid rules of Prince George County, MD.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30-day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
