Large inviting living room with a stone fireplace has ample access for shooting. The yard has a lot of trees and tons of space. The grounds wrap around the house on all four sides. There is a built-in swimming pool (currently empty), orange trees, several large grassy areas, a chicken coop and 4 chickens (!), and is COMPLETELY PRIVATE from the street. Once you enter the front gate, you are in a private, beautiful world. It is private on all four sides. The house has a nice energy to it, both inside and outside. Lots of sitting areas outside, and usable yard. Lot size is 25,000 sq. ft! House is 2,000 sq. ft and all is available for rental. The house has 3 bedroom,a library/den, separate dining room and spacious kitchen in addition to the large, bright and open living room. There is also a detached guesthouse. The home is easy to get to, is in a quiet neighborhood and there is ample free street parking. Movie and photo shoots, meditation and yoga groups, welcome. Host family is easy-to-work with, and home has a nice, love-filled vibe! $100.00 per hour up to 10 participants. Hourly rate increase of $10/hr for 11-19 participants. + $20 hr for 20-29. + $30 hr for 30-40. + $40 for 41-50 total attendees. Rates are 1.5 after an 8 hour day. Double time after 10-hour day. Cleaning fee of $100-150 will be charged for a 1 day shoot, $150-200 for 2+ days of shooting, depending on number of participants and hours. $50/day power usage fee (fee will be waived if a generator is used and no house power is used).
