About the Space
Great spot in the Marin hills overlooking San Rafael with large decks and eucalyptus trees swaying outside. Our house has been featured on Apartment Therapy, in digital content for Keurig and Thrillist, TV ads for furniture stores, digital ads for security systems, videos for MarinHealth and more! We have a big open space upstairs with living room, dining room and kitchen. Then 3 bedrooms and 2 baths downstairs (1 bedroom is currently an office). We even have a fun (and useable) swing in the living room! The house has big windows that overlook the hills so it's a great spot to shoot a video or have a photo shoot. Convenient spot close to both San Rafael, San Anselmo, Corte Madera, Larkspur and Fairfax. It's a short walk to downtown and a block away from Pond Farm Brewery. We're on a private street with a dead end so there isn't any traffic or noise.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
