Freight elevator + passanger elevator. Max capacity is 20 people - negotiable. Parking: street metered parking available (free after 6PM), outdoor parking lot available right behind the building with alley access, indoor parking available at the end of the block inside the Cooper Bulding. Special arrangements can be provided- please ask. Operating hours: Sunday - Friday 9:30AM - 5PM. Anything outside operating hours requires a $20/hour management fee. Base price is for still shoots/ small productions under 8 people. Video productions and anything over 8 people will cost additionally according to number of attendees, equipment, and type of production. Parking provided for an extra charge. Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
