Welcome to La Tuna Locations!! This is my family's home, we moved here over 55 years ago, three generations! Fully accommodated and serviced home -- Our Chalet is the perfect location for your "Cabin in the Woods" type of production right here in LOS ANGELES, CA making it a ONE OF A KIND SPACE!! My family remodeled this home in the late 1980s, this sweet little loft chalet is perfect for any Idaho/Big Bear/Wyoming type of getaway! Over 21,000 square-feet of parking available on site! (over 90 vehicles can be parked) Our locations offer a magical setting to help make your day unforgettable! Did I mention that we are located on a ten-acre family estate nestled in the heart of La Tuna Canyon, less than 10 minutes from Burbank Airport,15 miles from Downtown Los Angeles, and 20 miles from LAX! Our home offers a unique experience for those who enter. We also have private bathrooms, golf carts, wheelchair accessibility, picture vehicles, and lodging on site. Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

Our venue has a strict COVID-19 maintenance protocol to ensure everyone is working in a safe space. LTL will have cleaned the locations/basecamp/green rooms/bathrooms prior to your arrival and restrooms will be cleaned and sanitized regularly. Trash cans and sanitation stations will be provided. All add-ons such as props and golf carts will be sanitized before use, if inquired. All trash must be removed and thrown away by the production. ALL Locations being used must be cleaned and swept before leaving the premises. To ensure safety, LTL requires every guest/production member to wear a mask at all times. Thank you for your cooperation.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
