In addition you will also have access to our recently renovated contemporary kitchen/dining/lounge area, with large sliding doors that open out on to the yard. You will also have access to the outside pool-house/guest room (which includes bathroom and basic kitchen facilities) and can be used for hair/make-up/green room or additional filming space. Easy access through double side gate leads to additional driveway space which could be useful for production set-up. Great situation in Santa Monica, 5 mins from 10 Freeway. One parking space on driveway, and 10 permits per day available for easy road parking, outside property. Please note this rental includes the kitchen/dining/lounge area only in the house, plus all outside space ( inc outside guest room)

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
