About the Space

Welcome to the Mystic Manor! Immerse yourself in this epic, art-filled Venice Spaceship. We call it a Spaceship because as you’ll find, it looks and feels out of this world! The entire space is decked out with incredible visionary artwork, including three beautiful wall murals. This is a highly-unique 7,000 sq. ft Mansion on a 10,000 sq. ft property in Venice, CA that is perfect for socials, birthdays, meet and greets, office parties, workshops, lectures, dinner parties, ceremonies or any other gathering/event you want to host in a magical and high-vibe space. Downstairs includes 2 cozy lounge areas, including a quaint spiritual library. Dining room with large 16-seat rustic dining table, surrounded by 360 degree view of visionary artwork. Full kitchen (with pots, pans, and other cooking utensils) with large kitchen counter and stool seating. Outdoor areas include large backyard with multiple day beds, pool, hot tub, and fire pit. Backyard grass area and large side yard are both great for outdoor dining or photoshoots. Studio space is a versatile production space equipped with lighting and PA system. Light alcohol consumption okay, events with heavy alcohol use or where alcohol use is a primary focus are not a good fit for this space.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30-day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
