About COLD CREEK PRODUCTIONS
Come shoot at one of the most popular private studios in Houston! Built and operated by a professional filmmaker and photographer. The studio is located in Pearland, Texas just south of Houston. The studio is air-conditioned and includes an all-white 20x20 room and all-black 20x20 room that now features free lighting that is easy to use. The studio also features a lounge area with hair and makeup vanity mirror, a dressing area, and there is a restroom with ac located just outside the studio. We have a gated private guest parking lot for up to 12 cars. Please read through our rules to make sure we fit your needs. Here at the studio we clean, wipe, and sanitize all touched surfaces before and after each rental. We have disposable mask available if you forget yours. We also highly recommend face mask for each rental.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
