Our home is best suited for commercial/video/photo shoots. The main floor of our home consists of a very sunny and bright entrance room, family room, dining room, guest bathroom, kitchen and laundry room. The spaces provide a comfortable, casual and funky lived-in vibe. The style is a mix of contemporary and vintage. There is access to a backyard that has a natural rock wall seating platform around a sunken gas fire pit. There is another seating area under a large redwood tree and a working cedar wood hot tub. Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
