It features: A classic interior, natural lighting, Yamaha Grand piano, bright kitchen, hardwood floors through out. A great room, kitchen and family room, main bedroom, teenagers bedroom, 2.5 bathrooms and a California basement. On a 7000 sq ft lot, with grapevines, lemon tress and a long drive way. A grip truck or trailer will fit in the driveway, otherwise it can fit about 4 cars.

Everything is cleaned and disinfected prior to bookings. It is also well ventilated.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
